UTT Light Electric Vehicle Testing Center is equipped with battery, mechanical, environmental reliability, and EMC laboratories.
We are dedicated to providing complete vehicle and component testing for electric bicycles (e-bikes), electric tricycles, and electric scooters, fully covering the certification requirements for regions including the EU, North America, Australia, and Japan.
I. Core Testing Capabilities
Electrical Testing: Short circuit test, overcharge/overdischarge test, temperature rise test, unbalanced charging test, dielectric voltage withstand test, insulation resistance test, ground continuity test, leakage current test, input test, and component failure test.
Mechanical Testing: Crush test, drop test, stress relief test, handle loading test, motor rotor locked and overload test, impact test, crash test, folding test, vibration test, and stress release test.
Environmental Testing: Rain and water immersion test, temperature cycling test, label wipe test, molded stress relief test, temperature rise test, humidity conditioning test, and forced/blocked ventilation test.
Motor Assistance Special Testing: Start-up assistance mode test, back-pedaling test, pedaling cessation test, brake cut-off test, and maximum speed cut-off test.
